Refund / Cancellation Policy

This policy explains your rights and our procedures for cancelling services and requesting refunds. It applies to all Automedia Solutions services, including advert creation, professional photography, and optional vehicle valeting.

1. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.

  • To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@automediasolutions.co.uk.

2. Refunds

  • Full refunds are available if the service has not yet started.

  • Once a write-up, photography, or valeting service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Rescheduling

  • Services may be rescheduled in case of availability conflicts or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Rescheduling must be agreed in advance.

  • No additional fees will be charged for rescheduled services if agreed with Automedia Solutions.
