Automedia Solutions provides professional advert creation services for private car sellers. Services include:

2. Booking & Payment

  • Payment is required before service delivery.

  • Prices are as listed on our website.

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Full refunds are available if the service has not yet started.

  • Once a write-up, photography, or valeting service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • We can reschedule services in the event of availability conflicts, provided it is agreed in advance and at no extra cost.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All adverts, images, and content produced by Automedia Solutions remain our property until payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the customer.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without permission until full payment has been made.

5. Liability

  • We take care to create accurate and professional adverts, but we are not responsible for third-party listings or vehicle sales outcomes.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services.

  • We cannot guarantee specific sales results or buyer responses.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete vehicle information.

  • Ensure vehicles are available and accessible for photography or valeting services.

  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding vehicle sale and advertising.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • The latest version will be posted on our website.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
